I think I still hope for the same thing I wished last year - and I have already seen the same echoed by a number of people I read - fan art is THE BOMB!

danceswithgary just went and created a manip for me! And when I finish my story, you too can see this fabulous art! Which is just another reason *I MUST FINISH!*
Anyway... yeah. Fan art for a fic just seems so awesome to me because it means someone who actually has art talent liked something I wrote well enough to try and interpret it. And that is so many kind of flattering and Squee inducing. I think the same is true of podfic; if anyone ever felt the desire to record one of my stories, I'd be delighted.
In addition to that... well. McShep is my SGA OTP, but I also adore reading McKay with Cadmen, because Rodney + Laura= snark and heat and I am totally down with that. Also, Vala and John as a pairing was shockingly pleasing. So more of those, at any time, would be pleasing to me.
